"Affordable Alternative." Households who meet
established guidelines can
qualify for the Affordable Alternative units, which
carry a reduced rental rate.
These units are identical to units throughout
the rest of the property and
they benefit from all of the same amenities.
These units will provide an
opportunity for more New Orleanians to
experience the
high quality housing offered in Uptown New
Orleans.
All residents of River
Garden Apartments will be required to meet
the same stringent credit and
background criteria.
