I would recommend that they live here too. I have enjoyed living here very much and the staff is always courteous and professional. I will keep telling my friends to consider having an apartment here. I always do already!!! Victoria is the best!!!!

Homes are beautiful. Mostly quiet at night due to noise curfew. Management is responsive to requests.

The entire River Garden area and philosophy is how New Orleans should be doing its rebirth. We love living in the neighborhood and are very satisfied with the townhouse we occupy. The review below is generally outstanding. Your staff is fabulous with exceptional kudos to Victoria and Karin. The outside yard maintenance does not provide the best service as a contractor. Grassy areas they cannot enter with their mowers are done by weed eaters which chops the grass too low, does not mulch the leaves and causes the grass too die.

I love living here. The community is pretty quiet, maintenance is very helpful, and the rent is very reasonable. All in all, I don't have any criticism.
